There is no closing date regarding registration. But don't wait too long, we might run out of tickets. As soon as we are sold out we will close the registration, that may be well before the event will take place. 

If you registered for LtD Gravel Raid and you decide not to participate, for whatever reason, total or partial reimbursement of the registration fee is not possible.

All participants will receive a confirmation of the registration by email. Make sure you enter your correct email address. Check your spambox, maybe it ended up in there. Still no confirmation mail? Contact us info@ltdgravelraid.cc. 

The € 50.00 discount rate is valid until May 29, 2023. 

At LtD Gravel Raid you'll ride in the mesmerizing Eifel. Expect easy to ride gravel paths, beautiful forrest roads, challenging climbs and fantastic views. Saturday is Race Day, it's the Ride Fast part of the weekend. Choose a 100 or 115 km route and go all out on the three challenges. Maybe you'll be rewarded with great prizes! On Friday and Sunday you can discover the outstanding beauty of the Eifel by riding one of our DIY rides.

The routes won’t be signposted. Participants will receive the GPX files and a komoot region bundle for free (normally it’s € 8.99) a week before the event takes place.

There are two extensive feed stations powered by De Bisschopsmolen / GrainLabs. One in the morning loop and one in the afternoon loop. There will be sports nutrition, water, candies, fruit, etc.

After the morning loop you'll arrive at Wildbach Camping for lunch.

A gravel bike is the go-to bike for LtD Gravel Fest. However there are no limitations. A CX, MTB or road bike with gravel proof >33mm tires (with profile!) will also do the job.

This year we have 20 glamping tents available, giving you the opportunity to add chill and relaxation to your weekend. 

The Glamping Service for two persons includes:
- A spacious tent with heater
- Two field beds with mattresses (80 x 200cm)
- Bike stand
- Electricity / power bank
- We pitch and strike the tent, so no hassle for you

The only things you need to bring yourself:

• Sleeping bag
• Pillow
• Fitted sheet (mattress is 80 x200 cm)
• Towel(s)
